After viewing the 2015 BMW-Z4 online, I received an email from Khristy Stewart with her phone number. She was knowledgeable and responded quickly to my call. After viewing the video she sent of the car, we finalized a deal. There is a non-negotiable $2,499 fee to be aware of that the dealer charges for inspecting and ensuring the vehicle is operational. I ran into this fee at a Mazda dealership once before, so I was not surprised when it was mentioned. The steps for providing a deposit, wiring the balance, and signing the required documents were explained and handled efficiently. Khristy arranged for a carrier to deliver the car the following day. Go see Isaac Kennedy, hes a good kid and the manager Matt is a great guy. They pulled a jeep off the market for me over the weekend cause I ran over late at work and didnt make it Saturday to do a deposit. I called first thing Monday morning and Ill be picking it up this weekend hopefully. Edit: I have to laugh at some of these 1 star reviews. Theyre saying they add on a 2,400.00 car care warranty. And that its mandatory. Really??? Cause I have the buyers report for my Jeep I put the deposit down on and there is NOTHING on there. Anything to make a place look bad when it was probably an issue and they couldnt get financed.
