After months of searching for the right car, I found this place on a whim while in-town for a show. I saw they had my dream car in inventory but I was hesitant about making an impulse decision. Khristy was essential in helping everything come together and was a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated that she was welcoming, approachable, friendly and had a great positive vibe. I got the feeling she wasn't in it for the sale but sharing a passion for muscle cars. I love it that she used to work in the service department; her in-depth knowledge of Chargers really shined. I won't lie, when we got to the financing and warranty part, I found working with Finis to be intimidating. He threw out way too many numbers and percentages with wild warranty packages that got my head spinning and I considered backing out. I found his pitch for high-tier warranty a little pushy and overly complicated for someone new to buying a car. I know this wasn't his intention (he was nothing but friendly), he just didn't understand I had no F'ing clue how car financing works as a whole. When I stepped out to take a breather, Khristy saw me visibly frazzled and offered some reassuring words that made me feel more confident in the purchase. Her pep-talk was the reason I walked away with this hot new V8 that I love so dearly. It's the perfect car and I can't believe I almost walked away. Go see Isaac Kennedy, hes a good kid and the manager Matt is a great guy. They pulled a jeep off the market for me over the weekend cause I ran over late at work and didnt make it Saturday to do a deposit. I called first thing Monday morning and Ill be picking it up this weekend hopefully. Edit: I have to laugh at some of these 1 star reviews. Theyre saying they add on a 2,400.00 car care warranty. And that its mandatory. Really??? Cause I have the buyers report for my Jeep I put the deposit down on and there is NOTHING on there. Anything to make a place look bad when it was probably an issue and they couldnt get financed.

Later after the deal was done there was a small issue but Lynn and the owner made sure I was very well taken care of. I have to definitely state that when you walk into this establishment you can already feel the VIP treatment great seating accommodation they also provide coffee and drinks as you wait. most of all the customer service that you would receive from Christy is amazing she will makes sure and keep communication between you and her on the repair time and to get parts for your vehicle. Khristy is absolutely amazing! In a day and age where in person, kind, caring and helpful customer service seems to be dyingKhristy was a breath of fresh air. She was attentive, responsive and fast! She was compassionate and understanding that Im a single working mom of 3 boys and had to work at the dealership while getting my car maintenance done in time to get back to school pick ups! I felt super special and supported. My car was fixed, got my kiddos right on time and Khristy followed up on my service for the next several days. I highly recommend Excellence Auto Direct!

I had the pleasure of working with Joe on the sales side. He was very easy to work with and got me through the process easily and quickly. I was then introduced to M'Lek (sorry if misspelled it) and he was very professional when walking me through the financing and document execution. There were a couple items that needed attention with the truck, so it was given to the service department. This is where I met Lynn, who promised to make the experience quick and painless as possible. She explained that their service team is equipped with qualified mechanics.
