I called the dealership and spoke to Austin about a truck that I was interested in and came in a few hours later, he greeted me and my girlfriend with kindness and immediately made me feel like he wasn't just trying to make another sale. He asked us questions about ourselves on the test drive and it felt like I was talking to a genuine friend and not a salesman. He was patient, understanding, and helpful through the whole process of what my end goal was and was very transparent about the whole process/vehicle and again didn't make me feel pressured or like i was just somebody he was trying to get a sale out of and get in and get out and it made me want to sign the papers even more. The main point that sold me was that he asked if he could pray over me and my girlfriend. It meant so much to us and his words were very heartfelt and genuine.
