After months of searching for the right car, I found this place on a whim while in-town for a show. I saw they had my dream car in inventory but I was hesitant about making an impulse decision. Khristy was essential in helping everything come together and was a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated that she was welcoming, approachable, friendly and had a great positive vibe. I won't lie, when we got to the financing and warranty part, I found working with Finis to be intimidating. He threw out way too many numbers and percentages with wild warranty packages that got my head spinning and I considered backing out. I found his pitch for high-tier warranty a little pushy and overly complicated for someone new to buying a car. I know this wasn't his intention (he was nothing but friendly), he just didn't understand I had no F'ing clue how car financing works as a whole. When I stepped out to take a breather, Khristy saw me visibly frazzled and offered some reassuring words that made me feel more confident in the purchase. Her pep-talk was the reason I walked away with this hot new V8 that I love so dearly. It's the perfect car and I can't believe I almost walked away.
