I then worked with Finis Robbins the finance officer and received another great experience. He was very well dressed, professional, and extremely efficient with the financing. He truly made the paperwork process easy and understandable. Lastly, I then met the owner and he was nothing but kind and accommodating. I visited the dealership a few times while waiting for my car to be serviced and each visit was as consistent with their level of service as it was from the first time when I purchased the vehicle. There were a few things I requested to be fixed of which the owner went above and beyond to fix everything before the final purchase took place. He even stated that he doesnt want to sell me a bad car and wanted to ensure everything was fixed before handing me the keys. I also received a loaner car while they worked on the car I was purchasing. With me being first generation US I just had to get a German car in honor of my heritage and family.
