I found his pitch for high-tier warranty a little pushy and overly complicated for someone new to buying a car. I know this wasn't his intention (he was nothing but friendly), he just didn't understand I had no F'ing clue how car financing works as a whole. When I stepped out to take a breather, Khristy saw me visibly frazzled and offered some reassuring words that made me feel more confident in the purchase. Her pep-talk was the reason I walked away with this hot new V8 that I love so dearly. It's the perfect car and I can't believe I almost walked away.
